First Blog!

Wow! I've kind of always wanted to start blogging, but I never felt like I had the time to dedicate myself to yet ANOTHER internet phenomenon. We'll see how much I keep up with this site, but as my life is started to expand and change within these next few months, I thought it'd be a great place to share my thoughts and update people on my life!

So! The quick update of Marina Lynn's current life...

I am in my LAST undergraduate semester at the University of Southern California- in May I will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, so exciting! Yet, SO SCARY! I feel like I've been in school forever, and now it's going to be over... maybe. I am currently in the School of Theatre Musical, On the Town- directed by the AMAZING John Rubinstein. The show opens March 31st and runs two weeks, through April 10. Make sure you come out and see it! It'll be a great show!

Other than school and the musical, my life has been fairly simple, pretty normal... whatever that means. I am consistently reminded of how God has blessed me by amazing family and wonderful friends that support me in all I do and inspire me to live out my dreams. I keep dreaming up different things I want my life to hold... there are soooooo many dreams, hopefully at least one will come true. :) I'm sure as I keep blogging you'll hear about all the crazy ideas I have! I'm constantly growing... in big and small ways... and I try to think of ways to keep making this life an even more wonderful one! :) I do believe in fairy tales, and I think that in the end, we all should choose to live happily ever after.

There is my random first blog post! I hope you enjoy this last little quote I came across today... I think it's a good one-- reminds you to keep growing and living life to the fullest! <3

"There is a place deep in your soul where a little seed rests. This seed is your amazing potential. Each time you push yourself, each time you breathe a true deep breath, each time you reach your hands to the stars, you nourish that little seed and feed your soul."  --Karen Tye

Love Always,
Marina Lynn.
